Guys how do I shake the feeling of being mentally exhausted. Like since I started college I’ve had a hard time finding motivation and balance. I work a lot on top of being a full time student but recently I’m noticing I’m getting closer to breaking.
Like everytime something small happens or I remember something that makes me sad I just want to break down and cry. I want to feel better and I know it will get better over time but what do I do until then?
