First step is to clarify the "why". Why do you want to quit? Then, you need to identify your triggers. List the situations, emotions, etc that lead you to watch porn. Set rules for yourself that you can actually follow. For example, no phone use at night. Then, you need to take steps to intentionally reduce access. Any accounts or subscriptions that you may have need to be deleted. Finally, replace the habit. Find something you are passionate about and do that instead. Good luck!

Try to get more conscious about when you use it, and where if that’s problematic too. Like “do I really need to right now? If so, does it HAVE to be with this?” etc, that’s something I’m trying and it helps. Try to restrict time doing it, more time in between sessions

You have every right to feel upset. Just like any other addiction, people relapse. You can have empathy for the person and simultaneously not enable them.
