Can yall give me some ideas for exposure/ rejection therapy? I have CRIPPLING social anxiety and insecurities that control my behavior and my entire life. Im trying so hard to overcome them
ask a stranger for gum, ask a worker for a discount on something not discounted, ask if you can customise a meal at a restaurant, ask a stranger to be your friend, go to your neighbours and ask for an ingredient. you got this!
