It's so sad how y'all DK how to do anything. Where are your parents? NO. When you go to get your eyes checked you tell the Dr that you want to be fitted for contacts. At that point THEY the trained people in that field will give you all the help you need. That's inclusive of how to put them and take them out. AND getting you used to touching your eye
