how do i know whether my students like me as a TA? i'm a kinda awkward introverted person teaching an easy lab class and i really want them to like me 😭😭😭😭

Wait what kind of TA are you?? I thought that was just a high school thing. You teach college classes? Or are you like training to be a teacher? If you're around the same age as the students, that changes things lol

i'm a 22 year old master's student teaching an undergrad class. they're mostly sophomores and juniors. i have no interest in being a teacher or professor, this job is just part of my financial aid lol
