Meditate. Stay hydrated. Jog weekly. Breathe. Rest easy.

Constant fight or flight? Have you tried listening to those guided meditations that utilize various frequencies to help tune the nervous system? There are a bunch on YouTube.

Figure out what’s causing you to go into fight or flight first. If that’s a person, listen to your body going into a protective state

Breath work! In 4 counts, hold 4, out 4 (or 8, I find that calms me faster), hold 4. Doing this helps reset your nervous system and helps a lot when panicking or overthinking. Let your thoughts flow through, don’t hold on to them. Think about breathing

I know no one likes this, but heavy cardio is like a force quit for your anxiety (cortisol etc). Works 100%. Work out at 80% recommended HR for at LEAST 30 mins until you are *physically exhausted*. Takes 12-24 hrs for your body to even create more stress hormones once they’ve all been used up in this way
