This is gonna sound dumb but AI is actually fairly decent if you give it enough details. Tell age, weight, sex, height, and schedule. Once you start working out go back to that chat so that it keeps the memory and update it on current weight and how much you can lift how far/fast you can run and it usually is pretty good at filling in the knowledge gaps and letting you see progress.

Sleep, eat, exercise. I can give you my work out routine if you want. Also I’d suggest using the app “my fitness pal” to track your calories

Watch kettlebell flows on YouTube or instagram. You really just need one for a full body workout. If you haven’t lifted weights before or it’s been awhile start with maybe 15-17 pounds.

It’s okay, no one is body shaming haha. I would start with eating better and doing cardio.

A lot of it starts with what you’re eating. Don’t jump right into a calorie deficit, just be mindful about what you’re eating. Also, cardio can help, but it makes me really hungry so that might not be the best if you’re trying to lose weight lol. But I’m not an expert! U can try going to the campus nutritionist!

I also use excel and pivot table and graphs to track progress because it’s easy and allows you to see improvements in a very visual form.
