Go to a doctor dude could be heart issues or blood sugar or something else. This isn’t normal

This happens to me when my blood sugar is low

no but sometimes when im sleeping ill get extreme nausea where my entire body completely freezes and i cannot move for a solid 3-5 long ass seconds.

it only lasts like 20 minutes then i feel completely fine

Still could be blood sugar or insulin resistance id go to a doctor
