America can just make a law stating that no means no. Is this rocket science? Or does it make too much sense? We live with people with external issues

It’s already a law. But every guy who breaks it just claims she never said no and he was just doing his honest best to read her mind and guess what she wanted and never wanted to make anyone uncomfy. Which, for most guys, is 100% true, which complicates enforcement bc it’s hard to pick out the liars at times No means no is a perfect rule, but can’t compete with “guess means yes” bc it relies on people’s willingness to communicate, which is at an all time low.
