I’ve deleted everything except yikyak, YouTube and Amazon prime. I think my focus has been getting better!! I do assignments, go on walks and spend time with family. I’ve been trying to meet more ppl at campus events and I try to get myself busy with DIY’s for my room or car. Make goals for yourself! Journaling or read everyday, start working out or try different recipes, maybe get into skincare or try out different outfits outside ur comfort zone! U got this twin🫶

also set long term future goals and start working towards them- working towards upgrading your car/buying a house, getting finances in order, starting a business, joining a recreational community, start reading into history or religions just to learn
