It’s normal. Because it’s so zoomed in I can’t tell for sure, but if it feels like bones with skin on top then you look fine and it’s in your head. I’ve been there before! If it’s a little fat pocket that won’t go away, not just skin (!!!) then scroll on Facebook for a cheap cryotherapy add ($69-$79 in my area) and you can get it permanently reduced without surgery or anything.
