Don’t learn from watching other students. Most people here don’t know how to lift for shit. Focus on yourself. Do what you know how to do. You’ll learn more along the way. And most of all, STAY WITH IT! Make a habit of

Also! Start with light weights that you can control and build up from there. Starting with too much or too heavy is the fastest and surest way to get hurt!
