Do something productive instead! If you find yourself inside the house able to smoke the time away too often, try to find a reason to get outside and no be smoking. If you smoke at work try not bringing it and using it as a reward at the end of the day.

I meant like I rather smoke the full flavor stuff instead but I get what you mean i been trying to cut back too
