a resigned "sure", no. if they're just a little awkward and it's some enthusiastic "sure", then it's probably fine, so you mostly just have to read people. if you wanna be safe, err on the side of caution and take it as a no or uncertainty

long answer: It’s consent in the sense that afterwards if the person feels like it they can pull the SA card since they can say they were reluctant to give consent and didn’t really want to Short answer: NO

All I said was “sure” is a very muddled and convoluted word to use in relation to sexual acts. It’s best to view “sure” as no for everyone’s safety

yeah but your reasoning is so that she can pull one over on you. that’s fucked man it’s not cool to assume everyone has sinister intentions when the more likely scenario is that she’s unsure

No, I just stated that one’s simple example of what could happen if you decided to go through with doing something sexual with someone who says “sure” Not everyone is an evil mastermind plotting on others downfalls but it’s always best to be cautionary, yes? Okay yes. It’s that simple. I’m not blaming anyone. I’m not pointing fingers. It’s a very real scenario that happens all the time. It’s best to avoid the scenario by taking “sure” as a no and not a “yes” or a “maybe let’s see where this

If you feel personally attacked by the mere simple words I used, I apologize even though I have no reason to do so.
