I actually did a report related to this! I concluded that you have the RIGHT to hate someone/something. However, you do NOT have freedom from the consequences of your actions based on that hate (i.e., taking other peoples rights away).

When “strengthening borders” turns into throwing out and tearing apart innocent families who have lived here for years then yes you are removing the human dignity of immigrants.

That’s the thing. To you, it’s fine to take people from their long-time homes, families, and communities and “remove” them just because they’re illegal. They came here to have better lives for their families and they’ve made their lives here. If they’re criminals, or if they’re actively trying to come into the country I understand and I’m all for keeping them out. But you’re supporting a president who deports children, parents, workers. It’s inhumane.

Sort of like the right screaming “Stop the handouts and freebies! You’re killing the economy” Meanwhile, back at the ranch blue states pay more taxes than red states and not to mention red states collect more federal freebie handouts than blue states. Yeah, I totally get your point. Smh.

That was a little uncalled for. But yes people are being discriminated against. Obviously not seeing it where you live or where you work does not mean it doesn't happen anywhere in the country -- it's a big country after all

Yeah and the people getting the handouts vote blue down here (trust me I live in the south), and the reason blue states “pay more taxes” is because republicans’ whole thing is wanting lower taxes. This is like common sense
