I started journaling it’s a way for me to get my feelings out without having to hold back, unfollowing them in order to full focus on myself and I started spending more time with the people who are in my circle.

God doesn’t have a specific gender in Genesis it talks about how God created men and women in his image and if you look at science you need both a man and a woman to create a child. This means that God is both male and female.

Because it’s based on “I’m born without my consent, put through a childhood id never understand. And now must be faced with the ever passable time flying by me and my family members dying.” It’s very in your face and is only getting closer. I’m am afraid of the truest change. Death. Imo

I can see why that would create a fear of death but, you can try to celebrate the life of your family members rather than seeing it as another death. For the part of time just flying by in those moments just take a deep breath and point at one thing that correlates to you five sense. This will help center you and help you be present in the moment. Death is inevitable what’s important is what you do with the time that you have alive. I recommend making a bucket list and then checking things off.
