
Honestly, you can add as many vegetables or a little ingredients as you want personally I love a good salad with lots of veggie options. You can even kind of make it a cold/warm salad what I mean is you can cook things like broccoli and cauliflower and either added to the cold ingredients or just let it cool in the fridge and then put it all together. You can add onion, tomatoes, avocado, chickpeas, cabbage they are endless the option when it comes to.
