i’m a 20M and i want to know how people manage to get their protein in after the gym, i need at least 160gs of protein a day. I just don’t know how i would be able to get all that in a day? give me some meal ideas!
Buy the “cookbook of gains” by Damo. $30 and a total game changer. Then buy groceries for each meal you want on Walmart and you can save them.

protein powder, eggs, and chicken are my main sources and i’m on 270g/day. Chatgpt can cook up some pretty good meal plans if you just tell it what you are after.
