Possibly undiagnosed bc there are many autistic ppl in my family so it wouldn't be weird if I was too But my family doesn't want to get me tested cuz it's not affecting anything important rn like my brother got diagnosed only cuz he kept throwing fits and running away from school

Oh then you’re fine it would be hard for you in many areas of your life then you have to have like 6 things out of all the traits to actually have it but that doesn’t mean you can’t have personality traits that mimic autistic traits but it wouldn’t be autism

Tbh there’s too many options to list, I would start off with learning to cook the foods you love, and then doing some research to see what you can swap or add to make meals more healthy or well balanced, and right now go get a multivitamin (for general health) and fish oil (for your brain) pills and start taking them daily, make sure to drink lots of water too!
