Technically u don’t have to have his last name, he could also have yours. I would recommend talking to him about it and seeing if u guys can come to an agreement of some sort

I always figured that if I got married either we keep both our names separate or we’d take whoever’s is cooler. Sounds like yours is cooler. If he really wants to keep his, have him hyphenate it and give him four names
