As someone working in the dental field she could have gum disease, dry mouth, or more serious issues if she brushes her teeth but the bad breath stays. Maybe just explain to her that u didn’t mean to hurt her feelings and it’s just the breath not HER. But lowkey if it keeps happening and she doesn’t go to a dentist or she has bad oral hygiene there’s kinda nothing u can do about it
