Familial culture regarding education is weird, I’ve got parents who don’t care about my grade as long as I have a C or above. Some of my friends parents expect them to have an A. As long as you pass your class, and it’s up to YOUR standards then who cares? It’s your future. Now if your parents pay or if you’re on a scholarship with requirements then that’s a bit different

Depends on the types of Bs and what school/major. If it’s 3 B minuses and 2 A minuses it’s a lot different from 3 B plus and 2 A. I wouldn’t say that’s bad but the first option will likely be below the median at your school.

My parents never bother us about our grades and are constantly supportive. Therefore it is my satisfaction to get all As, I do it for them because I think they deserve my appreciation in this way. But it is MY decision to do so.
