It's important to know that an object in motion stays in motion and an object that doesn't will stay exactly where it is. Meaning that if you stay inside, don't go out, skip hang outs, etc then you'll start feeling worse or more depressed so even if its hard you should go out as much as possible!! Also nature is just naturally a good way to heal yourself!

usually when ur depressed there’s no one that u feel like u can rlly talk to… otherwise u wouldn’t rlly feel depressed if u had the right support yk (i think)
