in my experience people only approach to ask you out in specific settings (creepy old men excluded). so I get asked out most often when I'm at work or while at school. I think most people try not to be rude and interrupting someone while they're trying to like walk to work or grocery shop probably doesn't feel great. so if you're never in any casual spaces then that's probably why

I’d consider myself at the upper end of average and I get drinks bought across the bar, people say I’m cute out and about or someone has something to say about my fit even if it’s bummy
