Like this is what I ordered. There are some of the same flowers still but to me it looks nothing like the same bouquet

Its absolutely the same bouquet its just incredibly cheap low quality and poorly raised flowers and they replaced what was out of season with something in season (cheaper for them to make) with no regard to your pet safe request. Nta at all if they alter any part of the order you have to agree to it unless they have opposing fine print somewhere online but either way the ignorance of the pet safe request is a major no

I do know that they’re probably just going to say something about seasonal availability but I messaged their customer support before I ordered to ensure I could get something pet safe, and the response was that it tells me what flowers are in the bouquet in the listing. The flowers listed are clearly not what I got tho
