They probably are oversimplifying the stat that red states ARE on average to have lower average IQ and on average worse education systems which can be proven by this link. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8954344/ But this can’t be used to generalize that republics and dumber than democrats
