Yeah instead it was an initiative taken up by large companies against the will of the people, which was first initiated by the government. It was only done to “look good” to POC, while also not giving other minorities (Asian, Indian, etc.) more opportunities.

People observed MOST white people not seasoning their food, and MOST white people statistically season their food less, which was why the stereotype even became a thing. The restaurant owner was an Asian woman. But I love how you assumed the perpetrator was white. Rly does to show how racism caused by white people is the most pervasive in American society. Anyone can be racist, but the United States is ran by a system that historically (and in current days) gives the most power to white males. A black person calling a white person a cracker who doesn’t season their food is nothing compared to a white police officer who guns down an innocent black person.

Nobody said white people can’t get jobs I said white people wont get a job that they are more qualified for because of dei meaning if there is a minority that’s less qualified then the white person there is a chance that the white person doesn’t get the job.
