I mean different people are going to agree and disagree but the argument could be made that someone in drag (ie not trans but a cis man in drag, although drag can be a pipeline to different identity for some ppl) who is therefore lying about something that is arguably crucial to sexual acts could be some kind of misdemeanor. It’s definitely not as bad as lying about wearing a condom or something tho so maybe assault is dramatic.
