I am not excusing this boys actions but I am feeling deeply for what he must have going on at home to be behaving like that (at ten years old too) and be allowed to nonetheless, the real issue is not kids, it’s parents refusing to parent properly, more than keeping their kid alive but making sure they thrive in life and are good educated and empathetic people. Also I don’t mean to be rude but what do you mean practically raped? Like sexual assault as a “joke” or tried to rape them?

the school suspended the boy but i feel like that’s not ok. what is this child seeing at home I genuinely am concerned my mom called the school we will try to figure more out that we can do

this is exactly what im thinking. he might be facing abuse at home as well and thats why he thinks its ok, this is why sex ed is so important it’s not just about intercourse it’s about consent. the little boy attempted to put his penis in the other little boys anus while they were getting dressed
