I mean we clearly disagree whether white people can experience racism. Regardless you don’t need any personal experience to call out racism when it presents itself. Like I said before if you actually believed that you would also believe no white person should ever call out another white person for being racist. Which is a nonsensical position I know you don’t believe.
Either way research shows that if people believe they are going to be discriminated against, then they will report discrimination whether it happened or not, and of course nobody wants to admit they have discriminated against someone else. So when it comes to racism biases tend to cloud everyone’s judgment, of pretty much every race. The best we can do is to think about things from a detached perspective and reference research when possible.
