Yeah that’s kinda weird. It’s like…read the room lol. Sure, she doesn’t have to. She can do and share what she wants but I think most people who CAN read a room wouldn’t have told you. Just because you’ve admitted your feelings for her, she’s expressed that she doesn’t like you, then turns around to share another romantic interest/guy. It’s a little weird. Your feelings are valid. But idk if it’s worth ending the friendship over. Then again, I’m a stranger. So i guess do what you feel is right!
I would talk to her about it. It’s possible that in her head she just wanted things to go back to normal as quickly as possible and the awkwardness is still healing for you guys. It would be totally fair if you said you don’t want to hear about her dates or anything romantic with other people for right now.
Hi OP, I am a guy and a virgin by choice. All my guy friends vanished due to bro culture. All my friends are female and pretty. I have deeper relationships with them than their boyfriends. I showed interest to some but no strings attached nor conditions. They openly tell me their issues with men and dating experience.
What I learned is that they can’t a caring guy and the guy they are with is really for pleasure. That gets old fast and they seem to be stuck in that paradigm. So when do they settle? I have been having this friendships for like 20 years and many either basically stay single due too many bad experiences or settle with someone who won’t make them happy.
