IKITA, but in a relationship i feel like i treat them with about how much sex we have like i can’t pull boyfriend/husband level stuff when someone literally treats me like a friend like you can’t expect more when you don’t really give anything, sad to see

is sex the only thing that differentiates a romantic relationship from a platonic one

I think it’s really sad that the only thing you perceive as being given to you in a relationship is sex, especially as an asexual. A romantic relationship is much more than that.

i mean honestly everyone perceives their relationships differently so you’re not necessarily TA. that being said, you can share closeness with a partner without it requiring physical affection and it’s still unique to your relationship. if i were you i would establish what a fulfilling relationship looks like for YOU. if physical intimacy is an utmost priority then communicate that with partners. the way you present things matters, so be open while also considering their POV. It’s all balance!

well my love language is physical touch but it’s not like intimacy what so ever, like no kissing, no hand holding, no sex like i said like nothing but i couldn’t write all of that in the post
