2 cars were parked in front of my house for some reason. I had to mow the lawn. They were keeping me from being able to reach the edge of my lawn. It kinda pmo so I made sure my lawn mower kicked as much dirt and grass onto their cars as possible. AITA?

Is it a valid parking spot? Idk, they probably didn’t psychically know you were planning on mowing. Also, if I was in a valid parking spot and someone launched rocks and shit at my car just because they were a little annoyed, I’d be pretty pissed

Nope! In a neighborhood, no cars around. Could’ve parked in front of the house they were visiting

So like there’s a sign saying they’ll get ticketed/towed?

Nope. Again just in the neighborhood. No spots or anything

I live in a city where you have to park on the curb a bit to make sure you don’t get side swiped, so that’s the place I’m coming from. But if OP is just in a subdivision then yeah there’s no need to park like that. Still not a great idea to shoot stones and stuff at people’s cars, they could easily press charges for the damage

Yeah now that I’ve given it some time, I wasn’t in the right either

Parking on a lawn is different. If it’s a regular street you don’t have ownership of it unless it’s blocking your driveway or there’s a sign indicating you can’t park there.
