I believed he was the best choice for my country in regards to immigration, economy etc.

Some people gave the 2019-2020 electoral race to that person. That’s it, and no I don’t detest that presidential pick. Just know the electoral college system went beyond ballot boxes and no one talks about it.

I remember when that happened to Al Gore in 2000 and the conservative supreme court gave that election to Bush who did not receive the popular or even electoral vote majority. It was when things really changed
