We are not required to love our parents 💖 put as much distance between u and her as you want, disregard any guilt trip she gives you, and take whatever steps necessary to heal. :) a therapist would tell you the same thing. (I highly recommend therapy in general btw)

if you’re not financially reliant on her, just stop giving her attention. you’re an adult now and can remove people from your life as you please !!
