Additionally, if you’re able to change the tone of the alarm to a custom song I have woken up others with Crank Dat by Soulja Boy, Molly Cyrus by Stitches, and the Russian Troll song that was popular in 2000-2010’s. Game changer and gets the job done since they’d be waking up in fight or flight.

The sad thing is OP shouldn’t even have to do that. Set an alarm on HIS phone? Does she need to dress him and wipe his ass for him too? There are literal children who can manage to set alarms for themselves. The only valid excuse for an 18 year old not being able to set their own alarm would be if they had a developmental disability.

Can I hire you like super nanny to give a wake up call to my two cousins (more like brothers bc my parents parent them). Anyways they’re 20 and 27 and they have everything paid for them, no school, no job, and leech off MY FAMILY MONEY! Total losers so maybe you can break through to them?

And yes both of them are fully abled adults. They struggle with anxiety and have ADHD but so do I and I’m able to get my ass up when needed!

Do they ever use the anxiety and ADHD as an excuse? Or is it something that other people use it as an excuse for them? Sometimes people who freeload off others do so because they have enablers. That doesn’t excuse their behavior in any way but it often makes it harder to set them straight because they’ll have someone to run back to and feed into their behavior.

The frustrating part is that they live rent free in our buildings. My parents are landlords and they have apartments above the businesses. Free fucking rent. I have to work for my rent and go to school. I stay quiet bc it’s not my battle anymore but it suckkkkss
