AITA. I had a friend who would only call me when she was in a bad mood or distressed. These calls would go on for hours. At one point I got really anxious whenever the phone would ring. I ended up ghosting her. I feel bad and like reaching out

Nope! Not sure how close you were to them but you should’ve at least communicated how it makes you feel and set a boundary

Don’t feel bad, sounds like she was only using you as an outlet, and not truly your friend. You can reach out, but if you do please set clear boundaries, don’t let her make you (solely) into her therapist, that’s not what friendship is, you deserve better🫶
