ITS NOT THE “FAST” LANE IT IS THE PASSING LANE AS LONG AS THEY ARE PASSING VEHICLES AND GOING AT THE SPEED LIMIT THEY ARE USING IT PROPERLY AND LEGALLY IF THEY ARE NOT PASSING AND YOUR STAYE HAS THIS LAW THEN IT IS PROBLEMATIC AND THEY SHOULD BE EXECUTED (for legal purposes I am clarifying this is a joke)

The passing lane is for passing. It is not for staying in and driving like an asshole. Calling it the fast lane implies its purely for people to stay in and drive fast lmao
