i feel like in a vacuum it’s not ideal to break up over just that, however if it’s ontop of other things it makes total sense. More than anything i think stuff like that should be warning signs to broader problems and should be talking points. If the person can’t move on from it or at least can admit how it may relate to other aspects of a relationship (taking care of your partner or being comfortable with her issues) then yeh break up.
