I feel like both of you should’ve confirmed or otherwise said something. Who just doesn’t talk for two days before a date? No one’s TA but like, how do you get into this situation

I mean if you have a day, time, and place set, I feel like you should show up (or at least text to confirm). If the details were still blurry then that makes sense, but clearly there was something decided so it doesn’t matter if you texted or not recently?? Like the thing is still planned

Seems like you were more emotionally driven by the fact he didn’t text you for two days the confirmation wasn’t exactly needed. If you had a job interview on Tuesday, would you expect them to message you every day and then confirm the interview the day of? Probably not.

NTA, I’d have assumed the same thing if a guy didn’t talk to me for days before a suggested date (because without confirmation all it was was an idea)

Why didn’t you text him? If the plan was set then yeah ur the ah. Some people aren’t big texters or phone people. If u texted to confirm with no response that’s a diff issue
