For context I'm student teaching rn where I eventually take over all of my mentor's classes and be a full time unpaid teacher. On top of that, I need to submit evidence and right so many journals. I would love to have done something but I just genuinely forgot about April Fool's and then never had time when I was reminded. I'd love to do funny stuff when I'm a paid teacher, but rn I'm so busy

Info. that would’ve prob meant a lot to them, did you tell her u didn’t have enough time? Bc if u took it on while knowing u couldn’t do it, then that takes away from the kids April fools experience

Not really. She only reminded me yesterday that today was April Fool's and asked if I had anything planned that I wanted to do. Before yesterday, I wasn't asked about April Fool's at all.

Then def nta. She could’ve done something and was prob hoping u would. It’s not ur fault she put that expectation on u. She didn’t tell u ahead of time and got lazy
