like id rather not be on the call with him for an hour if he’s just gonna stare at his computer screen and laugh with his friends. i’m not even sure why he calls me if he doesn’t want to talk

Have you talked to him about that? Maybe you should have a talk about it in person You could also always leave the call if he’s just playing games

To put it in perspective, sometimes call my bf while i play games and stuff because i value his presence even when im not talking to him. It’s like body doubling but over the phone. But yeah definitely talk to him about it

oh i mean i have no problem when he calls me while gaming or doing work, we enjoy each other’s presence. it just makes me feel bad when he’s talking to his friends most of the time instead of me… but i just wasn’t sure if i was being too sensitive about it or if i was overthinking.
