I think if you feel comfortable enough in your sobriety to reach out to her you could, but it has to be with very clear and strict boundaries

I have no interest in messing with any of that ever again. But I just don’t know if she’d even want my help at this point if we’re in such different places. We never really hung out sober and IK if the roles were reversed id feel like she was being condescending

And this is the brutally honest part where I feel like an asshole, I don’t want to get dragged back into that life. Having to call relatives and friends when I’m not sure I can get there quick enough, worrying constantly, feeling like I have to monitor her wellbeing. being the only support for someone like that is a LOT and idk if i want that burden again.

Honestly, I’d leave it alone. You guys are on two separate paths and if you feel like it’s going to drag you down mentally it’s not worth the hassle.
