I guess it depends on how powerful you mean? If it’s a bright enough light for you to see the road but isn’t made to be a headlight, it might not have the shielding that headlights do, and they may be flashing you to say that you’re blinding *them*.

You should check the angle that the light on your bike is at, it may be too high and blinding oncoming drivers
