Just saw commenters arguing back and forth here, and all the comments were screenshotting AI google summaries as evidence. At this point, we could just let the bots talk. Y’all don’t need to help them. I’m sure the computer will figure it out

Using a Google AI screenshot to support your argument, is one of the dumbest things I can think of. Not that it’s always wrong, but it often can be and hallucinates shit all the time. I’m honestly afraid of this future of misinformation created by AI and people justifying their views because I bot told them it’s fine.

The best part about arguing is coming up with your own argument. Folks using AI are taking the fun out of it.

you can make the AI google highlight agree with anything and it’ll use literally any article to back up your stance so using it to actually win arguments is pointless
