NTA nobody is in the wrong here assuming she's telling the truth ofc. If it's a situation where she always cancels then I'd say maybe consider the possibility of her lying. Otherwise, your feelings are valid as dissapointment is absolutely normal but highkey if she is getting paid for dog sitting ion blame her for getting that bag 😭😭
