No advice they just finally fired the guy we’ve all been complaining about for 6 months who was messing up on purpose to be petty bc he didn’t like his assignments and was also literally sexist and wouldn’t accept training from a woman. It took them SIX. MONTHS.

Bro I was in this same situation. I just quit. She kept hiring 15 year olds but like rich and stupid ones and then paying me the same to train and deal with their stuff. I couldn’t take it anymore and dipped because I was told I wasn’t a “team player” and I was ”mean” when I basically just said “hey don’t do that dumbass” 😭
