Jobs only care about schooling if you’re fresh out of college. After that, they care about experience. If (for example) you’re going for engineering and choosing between an ABET credited school and one that’s not, then yes it matters (ABET better). But if there’s no other special things going on, nobody cares if you graduated from Harvard or a community college
