If you’re not comfortable, there’s no reason to feel bad. You told your friend you wouldn’t be able to make it. If you still feel bad, maybe get them flowers or smth small

For anyone curious: I told my friend I wasn’t able to make it. I wasn’t specific or anything, but they understood and I sent them lots of love/good vibes. They were aware I wasn’t coming, I still just feel bad because it feels like such a stupid reason I wasn’t able to go
