Yeah this. If they’re close and you bring him over her house all the time it makes sense for her to drop by but it’s going to be a grad party full of his family and friends so she’ll known no one there except like you and a couple of your family members (which isn’t the point of a party obviously it’s to celebrate the person) but it’s your gmom I don’t think this is a hill worth dying on
